The copyright in and to Guide Map provided by the Site is vested in GeoTechnologies Corporation, and Pasco Corporation.
The copyright in and to Aerial Photo provided by the Site is vested in NTT InfraNet Corporation.
Company names and product names published in or listed on the Site may be registered trademarks or trademarks of Suginami City or respective companies.
Users are not permitted to use them without obtaining prior written consent of Suginami City or respective companies unless authorized by the Trademark Act or other laws.
Links
The top page of the Site may be linked without obtaining the permission of Suginami City.
When establishing a link, please clearly indicate to the effect that the link is a link to the Site in a place where the link is established.
However, if the content of the original site or the method of establishment of the link fall under any of the following, Suginami City reserves the right to reject such link:
acts that violate or are likely to violate good public morals;
acts that cause or are likely to cause third parties or Suginami City to suffer disadvantage or damage.
Use of Content

other acts that Suginami City determines inappropriate.
